Identifying, communicating and maintaining our boundaries is an important skill for educators in the system we’re teaching in. Doing this with as much flexibility, compassion and humour as we can matters too. At the same time, it’s a skill that is often left for individuals or teams to work on ad hoc, rather than being a core part of our professional development and reflection.During these sessions we want to begin exploring and strengthening these skills. Being able to learn about this in a community and build our collective confidence in how we can begin to establish these boundaries.
